5. Avoid stress, stay healthy
Thanks to intensive research, it is now known that strong stress weakens the immune system and increases susceptibility to infections. Chronic stress can also lead to exhaustion, which - just like physical overload - offers pathogens the ideal conditions for multiplication. It is therefore important to avoid stressful situations as much as possible and use quieter hours for targeted relaxation.
Stress arises almost everywhere - at work, at home, while shopping and in many other activities. My tip for you is: take a break more often and relax and take this time out whenever you can or have the need.
