6. Drink enough

Those who drink too little are not only tired and exhausted, but also more susceptible to infections. One of the reasons for this is the mucous membranes that have dried out as a result. Due to the lack of moisture, attacking viruses and bacteria cannot be adequately removed. Drinking tea is also positive for the immune system. Green tea, for example, contains a lot of antioxidants that support the immune system and prevent cancer.

My tip for this is: make yourself a cup of tea in the morning and drink it relaxed. Then you make a carafe of water, lemons and fresh herbs. Then you drink this refreshing water during the day.
